Job Description:

Qualification: B.com Graduate.
Experience: 4 to 8 years relevant experience in Engineering company.
Work location: Pirangut in Pune

Job brief:
We are looking a person who will individually record the Dispatches / BOM shortages / Site requirements in Computer as well as hard copies

Job Responsibilities
To provide project packing list to dispatch team for releasing material for dispatch.
Recording dispatch related data (Sales report/Shortage report) in the computer and also preparing hard copies.
Emailing daily for concern departments regarding dispatch schedule.
To sort and completely record photographs of dispatches as evidence.
Day to day releasing of project material after dispatch through ERP system.
Recording the serial number data of components on day to day basis after dispatch.
Continual Improvement of stores function.
Barcode stickers generation for dispatches.
Proper filing of all documents regarding dispatches.

Personal skills required:
Knowledge about Excel advance.
Computer literacy.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
knowledge of ERP system
