Job Description:
Qualification: Commerce Graduate B.COM
Experience: min 7 to 10 years experience in dispatch/store department in a Manufacturing industry.
Work location: Pirangut in Pune
Job Brief
We are looking a person who will be a Part of Dispatch / Store team in day to day stores activity.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare 4(5)a/57f4 challan
Generate E way Bill.
Loading and dispatching of Material to Vendor for different processes.
Prepare E Invoices in ERP.
Prepare GRN in ERP
Coordination with supporting team members.
Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.
Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
Uses basic office equipment (printer, Scanner etc.)
Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
Personal skills required:
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
Knowledge of administrative and clerical operations.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
knowledge of ERP system is Must
