Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our Recruitment division. You will be responsible for lead generation, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships. Candidates with experience in sales/business development within the staffing/recruitment outsourcing industry are highly encouraged to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our client base.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions according to client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Requirements:

  • Previous 5+ year of experience in sales/business development, preferably within the staffing/recruitment outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Open for candidates from Mumbai ( Remote depending on location)
