Job Description:

 Responsible for handling customer call centers. Driving
monthly collection targets. Preparing necessary reports
for review.
 To provide resolution to irate customers within time
frame
 To maintain compliance throughout the process

 Daily monitoring of call center activities ensuring
achievement of daily calls & contact ratio
 Driving monthly collection targets and ensure target
achievement. Pre-due and soft bucket
 End to end reporting of MIS with service levels.
 Utilization of agents in respective processes
 Call center quality check – listening of random calls &
provide caller wise feedback for improvement. Target
levels.
 Ensure timely feedback team & agents. Update with latest
changes in company.
 Projects management – implementation of various
projects to automate, simplify and improve process.
