Job Description:
Responsible for handling customer call centers. Driving
monthly collection targets. Preparing necessary reports
for review.
To provide resolution to irate customers within time
frame
To maintain compliance throughout the process
Daily monitoring of call center activities ensuring
achievement of daily calls & contact ratio
Driving monthly collection targets and ensure target
achievement. Pre-due and soft bucket
End to end reporting of MIS with service levels.
Utilization of agents in respective processes
Call center quality check – listening of random calls &
provide caller wise feedback for improvement. Target
levels.
Ensure timely feedback team & agents. Update with latest
changes in company.
Projects management – implementation of various
projects to automate, simplify and improve process.
