Back Office - Kolkata location

Job Description:

1) The candidate should be able to speak English fluently.

2) Content research and articles creation writing and blogging and posting on
quora and other blogs.

3) Candidate should be able to run online marketing and email campaigns on
mailchimp and other platforms.

4) The candidate should have experience of drafting of letters, notices, contents
and professional emails.

5) Design, build, maintain and monitor the ongoing company presence on
social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Quora etc.)

6) The candidate should have basic graphic design skills to design posts and
creatives using graphic design softwares such as Canva & Filmora etc. to be
used for social media campaigns.

7) Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their
distribution through various channels.

8) Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web
analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)

9) Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.

10) Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook etc. to
increase company and brand awareness

11)The candidate should be able to manage Google Drive, Google Sheets,
Microsoft Excel, CRM and online and offline Databases.

12) Coordination with website developers and graphic designers for website
development, upgradation, maintenance and for running online campaigns.

13) The candidate needs to coordinate with prospective clients, clients, associates,
vendors and internal teams.

14) Candidate should have hands-on experience setting up meetings and
moderating it on Zoom Meeting.

15) The candidate has to carry out regular daily back-office administrative work as
directed. The candidate has to carry out any other back-office work assigned
from time to time.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1) Excellent Command over English, Hind and Bengali.
2) Thorough Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and Powerpoint, Zoom, Google
Drive, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Graphic Designing skills, running email
campaigns and knowledge of Digital Marketing on Facebook, Linkedin,
Instagram, Twitter, Blogs.
3) Excellent email drafting skills in English.
4) Minimum experience of 1 year to 1.5 years in a Marketing Role.
5) Skills and experience in creative content writing
7) Analytical mindset and critical thinking
8) BSc/BA/BBA in marketing or relevant field
9) Job Type: Full-time

Remuneration:
Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month (Varies as per experience and skills.
