Job Overview:

As a Lead Engineer, Planning DAP, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects for an organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, ensure adherence to design standards and specifications, and manage project timelines and budgets. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, project planning, and project management.

Strong technical knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.) and familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Proven experience in leading and managing engineering projects, including project planning, budgeting, and resource management.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve project-related issues.
