Role & responsibilities
1. Excellent Verbal & communication skills are mandatory for this profile.
2. The candidate should be comfortable with making outbound calls, attending incoming calls, resolving queries, and providing required information.
3. Should be a student-centric individual, ready to help and solve queries to the fullest extent possible.
4. High EQ, a good listener, and a good team player with Persuasion and Influencing Skills.
5. Ability to deal with Parents diligently.
Assists in creating programs and activities to recruit and retain students.- Reviews prospective students applications and directs them to the appropriate sources for guidance on courses of study, financial aid, scholarships, or other information.
- Meets with prospective students and answers questions about the university, areas of study, and opportunities for students.
- Ensures that the applicants complete the required paperwork and meet applicable regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
