Job Description:
We are hiring HR recruiters for leading job consultancy at Vasai
Designation - HR Recruiter
Qualification - Any graduate
Experience - Min 6 months
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word / Email
- Must have done recruitment single handedly (6 months -2 years)
Working Day & Timings - Flexible hours 9 hours per day from Monday to Friday. 2nd and 3rd Saturday off.

Job Description
- Reviewing resumes and applications
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates and schedule interviews.
- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proven working experience in recruiting
- Exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, screening from different portals, social media.
