Job Description:
- Overall stock control and management of the tool room for the organization including the development performance and maintenance.
- Ensuring that the team understand the mechanism of the tool room and their roll within the organization.
- Responsible to adhere to budgets and plan to maximise profitability.
- Good Understanding of tool room and stock control.
- Smooth running of the team
- Contribute to training and development t of team.
- Assist consultant in achieving maximum satisfaction in accordance with organization plans.
- Leadership with ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Mould Maintenance- New Mould Development, Automation-Machine Development in Tool Room.
- All Machines- Job work planning as per drawing.
- Checking of QC Installation Report.
- All Machine Maintenance in Tool room.
- Interact and corporate with concern departments of the organization
Qualification Required: B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma from TRTC is preferable.
Experience Required: 5-10 years from medical industry
