Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Compliance Manager (US Market) to ensure our company's compliance with regulations across different states in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of US market rules and regulations and be prepared to conduct research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance requirements for our various products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a foundational understanding of US market rules and regulations
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and understand compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels, collaborating with legal counsel and regulatory experts as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams and other relevant stakeholders to assess the regulatory impact of new products, services, and initiatives, ensuring compliance from inception to launch.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and subject matter experts to address state-specific compliance requirements and variations, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and identify areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in compliance management, with a focus on regulatory compliance in the US market.
  • Basic understanding of US market rules and regulations, with a willingness to conduct research and collaborate with relevant teams to address compliance requirements.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to business operations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate regulatory concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls, and to monitor compliance effectively.
  • Experience conducting compliance audits, assessments, and investigations, with a focus on identifying compliance risks and implementing remediation measures.
