Job Description:

Role Purpose Statement 


 Responsible for entire commercial activity of Krishnapatnam.Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:
 Drive cost control at the plant with regular MIS and Dash boards to help the Plant meet budget target.
 Co-ordination and preparation of Plant financial Budget at the year end and ensure timely submission toManagement.
 Regular inputs to the plant commercial head for overall efficiency towards plant financial operations.
 Timely analysis and review of plant related costs and Timely closure of the monthly Plant financialsincluding COGS to ensure timely monthly US GAAP reporting.
 Production entries of Bulk/FG/Utilities, Review and analysis of RM, PM Consumption Postings includingProduct wise Consumption Report and consolidation of Factory Cost of Production.
 Ensuring timely plant related B/S account reconciliations to ensure accounting hygiene.
 Setting up robust Internal Control processes at the Plant in consultation with respective managers to becompliant with the Internal Control norms of the Company and thereby ensure satisfactory InternalAudit.
 Leveraging system to ensure operational efficiency with respect to financial processes and accounting.
 Handling Statutory Audit requirements in relation to accounting and ensuring deliverables within stipulated timelines
 Handling Cost Audit of the plant and ensuring deliverables within stipulated timelines.
 Working knowledge of GST, TDS for risk minimization and proper reflection in accounts.
 Coordinating with the planning team for Variance analysis Vs. budget with respect to Plant Fixed and variable expenses.
 Work permit system, accident /incident reporting, safety training etc. Provide support to organization to meet SHE target.Impact/Dimensions (Describe the strategic impact of the role / Using dollars and/or numbers, list the pertinent statistics of the position which clarify major areas of impact.  ICWA/ MBA or PG in Commerce/Accounts, 06-8 years of relevant experience preferably in Edible Oil
