Job Description:
Operational Responsibilities
- Get Involved in and oversee day to day efficient running of all departments
- Oversee & coordinate meetings with HOD’s of Food, Garment and Montessori departments to ensure profitability
- Look & feel of stores & maintenance of equipment & manpower at different locations
- Oversee smooth running of any outsourced agents & keep all necessary licenses in order Goal Setting /KPI/KPA
- Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- To take the organizational strategy & business plans and translate it into a human resources strategy that will help and guide the employees.
- Strategizing with top management and providing HR guidance when appropriate, managing and resolving employee issues
- Supporting company changes in an active role thus acting as a change agent and management representative
- Ensuring smooth implementation and maintenance of HR policies and strategies that support organizational strategic goals
- Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team People Management and Development
- To provide leadership and guidance in developing the company’s human capital, ensuring compliance, and fostering the alignment of strategic management and work environment.
- Ensuring effective manpower utilization. Developing the skills and competencies of employees in alignment with organizational strategy; thus working towards effective talent management and succession.
- Validating appropriate training sessions and workshops for the development of the workforce from time to time.
- Ensuring smooth implementing and communication of changes in policies and procedures across all levels Financial MIS & Reporting
- A good understanding of financial matters & analytics abilities
- Take responsibility (either directly or via staff) for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting & ensure compliance with all financial requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance to ensure organization compliance
- Reviews financial results of all operations, compares them with objectives & takes appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
- Overseeing communications with third parties on behalf of the institute
- Creating annual, monthly budgets and reviewing the same to ensure strict cost control
- Reporting Periodic MIS on Operating costs, manpower etc.& reporting of all financial statements – P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
- The role holder would need to see that the institute becomes profitable through ensuring an increase in sales and control over costs.

- At ease with basic IT tools& MS Office
