Responsibilities

 Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits. Follow up to ensure resolution.
 Protectively attend and respond phone calls and e-mails.
 Keep records of customer interactions.
 Creation of reports on regular basis.
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
 Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
 Assure satisfactory level of service is being provided to customers.
 Maintain a polite attitude towards customers when interacting on call.

Requirements

 Prior experience in fitness industry would be an add on.
 Must be comfortable with answering multiple calls per day.
 Proficient with excel.
 Good interpersonal skills.
 Decent command on spoken English with fluency.
 Graduate candidates or Result awaited candidate can apply.
 Should have a go getter attitude.
 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
