  1. Updating and maintaining databases with accurate and relevant information

  3. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
  4. Preparing and generating reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
  5. Managing and organizing files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility
  6. Assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures
  7. Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
  8. Candidates should have good Communication Skills & good hand on Advanced Excel
