1 Incorporation of Company.
2 Drafting of Notice, Agenda and Minutes for the Board
Meeting and general meetings.
3 Preparation of Annual Report of Company (AOC4-,MGT-7,9 etc.)
4 Preparation of Statutory register.
5 Preparation of Share Certificate and transfer deeds.
6 Filling of various E-Form with MCA
7 Creation of Charges.
8 Alteration of MOA & AOA.
9 Changes of Address of Company.
10 Appointment od Auditor and Director.
11 Dematerialization of Physical Shares of Individual & Company.
12 All the correspondence with Registrar of Company.
13 All the documentation work of IPO
14 Secretarial Audit.
15 Financial Work of above Company.
16 Preparation of Rent Agreement between Companies with Third Party.
17 Submission of KYC of Company to Bank.
18 Further Company may be adding in this Group.
19 Maintain of the record in proper place i.e. filling of paper to proper file
at proper location.
20 Maintain FDR Record Manual Register and Excel Sheets of all Companies i.e Renewal and Premature of FDR, And making of new FDR.
21 Any other work related to Finance assign by the Management.

INDIVIDUAL
1 Dematerialization of Physical Shares of Individual.
2 All the correspondence with Registrar of Company.
3 Preparation of Land Details and Property Tax Payment.
4 Preparation of Rent Agreement between Company with INDIVIDUAL.
5 Preparation of Monthly RENT Invoice from Individual to Company.
6 Maintain Individual Bank Register Day to Day Basis (Total 12).
7 Maintain FDR Record Manual Register and Excel Sheets of all Individual i.e. Renewal and Premature of FDR. And making of new FDR.
8 Any other work related to finance assign by Management.
