Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
 Review dealer sales data (active / inactive dealers, new dealer pipeline, dealer Outstanding) and
plan Sales Executive monthly visit plan
 Daily check for ensuring adherence to visit plan and visit agenda
 Scheduled performance and adherence reviews with SEs (daily, weekly, monthly)
 Monitor and verify all expenses as per company policies
 Sales Team Leave management
 Take daily and Monthly report from Sales team
 Take Update on Google Sheet, Market Visit on Daily Basis
 Supervision of Task Given to SE’s

Skills & Experience:
 Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor
 Minimum Overall experience of 5 years in Sales (sales executive, ASM, supervisor, coordinator
etc.)
 Proficiency in Excel (Advance Excel, Data entry, basic formula, pivot tables)
 Good spoken and written communication & soft skills

Candidate Profile:

 Age: 25 - 45 years of age.
 Minimum Education: Graduate
 Male
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Directors
Place of Work: Andheri, Mumbai
