2. Experience – 7 – 10 Years.
3. Marital status – Bachelor ( As we have bachelor accommodation )
4. Qualifications –BE mech/ DME.

Knowledge and
Skills

Should conversant with operation and maintenance of mechanical rotary equipment’s like pump, agitators,
gearbox, mechanical seals, cutter, hoist, blowers, valves etc...Specialties - Chips cutter, Mechanical seal (pumps &
agitators/reactor) replacement, equipment alignments, hoist maintenance etc.
Candidate having experience of continuous polymerization (CP) is good advantage and is only preferred.
Should have good experience in planning & execution of maintenance activities (on field).
Should have good experience in administration of departmental activities.
Candidate should be conversant with IMS system practices & record keeping.
Candidate should be conversant with basic spare management system.
Day to day activities like attending the general shift activities, on field maintenance query's and Critical
maintenance activities.
Fortnightly & monthly condition monitoring activities should be performed.
