Associate (RTR)
Job Description:
Job Summary: The role will apply principles of accounting to analyse financial information and prepare financial reports utilizing GAAP. May function as an accounting liaison, participate in accounting projects, and provide direction to less experienced accounting staff.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities/ Skillsets:
1. Completes month-end close activities, including but not limited to journal entries, accruals, and accounting for payroll
2. Prepares and maintains balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
3. Assists in various special projects as needed
4. Mentors the junior team members in the team
Desirable Responsibilities:
1. Was a part of transition project and knows how to tackle the challenges during the transition
2. Analyses complex financial reports and records, making recommendations relative to reserves, assets, and expenditures
3. Lead the calls and be Point of contact for the client for operational matters.
Optional Responsibilities:
1. Project and team management skills
2. Handles escalation if any from the client or at least provides solutions for the escalation to the project managerRequirements
Qualifications/ certifications
Essential Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
2. 2 to 5 years’ experience in Finance and accounts.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Optional Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or CA Inter
2. Experience in retail accounting.

Working Conditions and Environmental:
- Working Days: 5 days - Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9 hours (US work Shift Pattern).
- Mode of Work: Work from home, quarterly visit to the base work location is mandatory at their own cost.
