Requirements

• Knowledge in Processing (Plastic Injection Molding& Extrusion)
• Minimum 5 years Production supervision experience
• Computer literate in MS office
• Positive attitude and excellent people management skills
• Ability to analyze reports and performances

JOB Responsilities

1. Checking production &quality :Ensure productivity is maintained as desired
2. Achieving Monthly Production Targets As per the production planning for the month
3. Capacity Utilization
4. Controlling Wastage: Ensure Minimum Wastage generation and Controlling wastage & Maintain record of category of wastage (type I/II/III)
5. Coordinate and Ensure that Preventive Maintenance has been completed for each and every machine As per PM schedule
6. Responsible for all supervisory activities related to molding in the production department.

7. Liasoning (ISI/ISO) documentation and Implementation 100% adherence

8. Checking Online Quality Inspection Report on Daily Basis
9. Generate Raw Material requirement plan on the basis of production plan
10. Check and ensure availability of raw material and issue order to store department for raw material accordingly Monthly RM Plan by 1st of Every month.
11. Plan and Optimize Power Consumption
12. Handling Team & Production engineers for production status (Day/Night shift)
13. QC In Charge for checking raw material and final product
14. HR For worker management as per production plan Daily
15. New Mould Trials,
16. Reporting Send reports on:
17. Daily Production status (Shift wise)
18. Daily Wastage report with specific reason if any
19. Daily Down time report with reason, if any
20. Daily Analysis of Production Report
21. Participation in monthly MRM Daily

Salary Bandwidth: (Minimum to Maximum)

Max from 40K-60K CTC per month Expected Joining date: ASAP
