Job Description: As an L& D Associate at MRCC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the L& D function. A major partof responsibilities will involve creating and maintaining reports, researching potential training opportunities, internal team coordination, and organising L& D training events. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a knack for innovation and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of their work.
Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably from a training and development coordination background.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Coordinate with HR and Support new-hire on-boarding (space/technology/relevant resource access)Maintain Coach Files with necessary information
Create fortnightly performance reports and share with relevant stakeholders
Training Need AnalysisCreate presentations including detailed models and visual aids for training requirements
Collaborate with other departments on administrative tasks, such as managing training venues, resource material, technology, etc.Coordinating within the Operations Team for required learning/training slots
Calendar management
Resource management and coordination
Pre & post training assessments
Training feedback
Exploring additional resources and courses based on Training Need Analysis Skills & Knowledge
