Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various sources to generate leads, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Lead Filtration: Qualify leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria and are worth pursuing.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and customers in the CRM system.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with leads and customers in a professional and friendly manner to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support the sales process.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing customer data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience:
- Proven experience in telesales or business development, particularly in the US market.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and engaging communication style.
