Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals and industry needs.
- Lead and manage the IT team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Drive technological innovation to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
- Ensure the acquisition, deployment, and management of necessary hardware and software systems.
- Manage cloud services and data centers to ensure high availability and reliability.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance manufacturing and administrative processes.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems specific to the metal industry.
- Ensure effective data management practices, including data integrity, security, and accessibility.
