MANAGER/ENGINEER SALES FOR ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer / Manager with strong exposure to electrical products sales in government, infrastructure, and institutional projects.

📦 Product Experience (Mandatory)
• LT / HT Control Panels
• Wires & Switches
• MCB, MCCB, DBs
• Lighting (Indoor / Outdoor / Architectural / Street lighting)

🏗️ Key Client Segments
• Government Departments: PWD, CPWD
• Airports
• Railways
• NRDA / Development Authorities
• Hotels, Hospitals
• Builders / EPC Contractors / Developers

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Business development & sales for government and project clients
• Tender tracking, enquiry generation & follow-ups
• Liaison with consultants, architects, electrical contractors & govt officials
• Specification selling & brand approval
• Achieving sales targets and expanding market presence
• Coordination with internal teams (design, accounts, dispatch)

✅ Candidate Profile
• Diploma / BE / BTech (Electrical preferred)
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant project sales experience
• Strong network in govt departments & project contractors
• Knowledge of tendering process (GeM, CPWD, PWD etc.)
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Local market knowledge of Raipur / Chhattisgarh preferred
