HR & Admin Executive
Job Description:
-Minimum 2+ years experience in Hr & Admin profile
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
-Coordinate orientation programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
-Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
-Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
-Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws.
-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and address any legal or compliance issues promptly.
-Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes and follow-up activities.
-Support managers in addressing performance-related matters and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employee skill development.
-Collaborate with department heads to create and implement professional development plans.
-Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and services.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees as required.
- Manage travel-related logistics and ensure compliance with travel policies.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and leave data.
-Manage and organize administrative records and documents.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and workshops.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
