Job Location : Adajan, Surat
Key Responsibilities
• Present and demonstrate our AP/AR automation software to international clients over online meetings (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
• Understand each client's finance and accounting workflows and map them to the right solution.
• Manage the full inside-sales cycle: lead qualification, product demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
• Articulate product value clearly — especially around cost savings, efficiency, and finance process automation.
• Handle client queries confidently and address objections.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure a smooth post-sale handover.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales metrics.
• Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Competencies
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; ability to hold engaging conversations with international clients and present software professionally.
• Aptitude: Strong logical reasoning, quick learning ability, and a solution-oriented mindset to grasp software features and client finance needs.
• Sales Acumen: Persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Domain Comfort: Interest in or exposure to finance / accounting concepts (AP/AR, invoicing, payments) is a strong plus.
• Tech Comfort: Ability to understand and confidently demo IT / software products.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and online meeting / presentation tools.
Job Specification
● Having minimum 1 Year of experience in marketing / business development role in IT field
● Having good fluency in English and should have strong communication skills
● Hands-on experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
● Ability to handle pressure and meet deadline
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working flexible hours across international time zones.
Qualification
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing or Finance) preferred, given the accounting nature of the product.
• A technical degree (BE / BCA / MCA) combined with sales aptitude is also welcome.
• Certifications in sales, SaaS selling, or digital marketing are a plus. Experience
• Minimum 2 years in inside sales, preferably selling IT software / SaaS products to international (US / UK / Europe / Middle East) clients.
• Exposure to selling finance, accounting, or fintech software will be an added advantage.
