Job Description:
“Senior Software Developer – Travel API Integrations” will be responsible for integrating GDS, airline, hotel, and other travel product API using C# and .NET Core. The candidate will work in an agile (Scrum) software development team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform GDS, airline, hotel, and other travel product API integrations.
- Programming to deliver high-quality web applications.
- Responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including development, bug fixing, and documentation.
- Taking technical ownership of own deliveries.
- Should adhere to delivery schedules.
- Strong work ethic.
Skills:
- Experience in integrating GDS or airline APIs.
- Knowledge and Experience in:
- SOAP
- RESTful APIs
- XML
- JSON
- C#
- .NET Core
- Entity framework (EF) Core
- Object Oriented Programming
- LINQ
- Multi-threading
- OOPS
- Knowledge of the below would be an added advantage, but NOT necessary:
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- Ocelot
Experience and Education Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience.
- Graduate in any field, preferably computer science.
