Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Business Development Executive for a reputed company in FMCG Industry at  Mumbai (NalaSopara) location.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Manager to join our sales team and drive the sales of our premium masala products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for masala products.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, sales opportunities, and competitive products.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
    • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Field Sales Activities:

    • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets and other sales points to promote and sell masala products.
    • Ensure proper product placement and visibility at all retail outlets.
    • Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Candidates Profile:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and sales management software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
