Position:          Plant Head

Location:         Pardi - Valsad

Experience:     12 - 15 Years

Industries:      Rubber - Pharma Packaging

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: 

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the plant operations team.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Production and Quality Control:

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet medical-grade standards.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.

Safety and Compliance:

•  Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
•  Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
•  Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, including FDA and ISO.

Operational Efficiency:

•  Optimize plant operations to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
•  Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
•  Manage plant budgets and control costs effectively.
•  Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.

Stakeholder Management:

•  Collaborate with other departments, including R&D, sales, and supply chain, to ensure alignment with company goals.
•  Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
•  Represent the plant in meetings with senior management and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in rubber processing or tire manufacturing, with a focus on medical-grade rubber.
•  Strong understanding of medical-grade material properties, biocompatibility..
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical/Mechanical/Rubber Technology/Polymer Technology

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
