Job Description:

Position:        Production Head

Location:        Pardi- Valsad

Experience:    10-15 Years

Industries:     Rubber - Pharma Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire rubber moulding division of Rubber stoppers, flip off seal, vial closures
• Supervision, reporting, monitoring and responsible for overall production.
• To carry out production as per given planning.
• Handling all activity of the production floor.
• Inspection area monitoring.
• Preparation, maintain, handling and review of all documents related to injection moulding department.
• To ensure good housekeeping in the production area.
• Ensure production with quality & quantity.
• Ensure all process are working in the department as per SOP.
• Proper handling and reconciliation of Raw material and finished product.
• Setting all parameters for mould production and trials of mould.
• Coordinate with SCM for proper production planning.
• Mould trial and coordinate with toolroom for proper feedback.
• Mould maintenance & maintain inventory of mould spare.
• Inform and report to Plant Head on daily basis regarding shop floor activities.
• Training of Worker and Staff.
• Mould set up, maintenance and specifications.
• Machine set up, maintenance and specifications.

Required Skills:

• Manpower handling and allocation.
• Good trainer
• Mould and machine validation
• Audit handling
• Document preparation
• Familiar with ISO quality systems
• GMP knowledge

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech- Plastic/CIPET

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
