Position:         Product Manager (New Product Development)

Location:        Andheri -Mumbai 

Experience:     5- 7 Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire new product development lifecycle from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of new product initiatives.
• Oversee the design and development of injection moulding tools, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product development processes, reduce time-to-market, and optimize resource utilization.
• Establish and execute strategic plans, organizational policies, and goals that drive short-term profitability and long-term growth by providing differentiated products, services, and support

Required Skills:

• must have at least 5 years of developing Plastic/Injection moulded product designs to relay to overseas mould makers.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 16.00 LPA
