Job Description:

Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals with expertise in Australian accounting, taxation and SMSF services to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in accounting and tax, a desire to learn and grow in the field of Australian taxation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibility Areas

 

  • Assisting clients in compliance with respect to SMSF and relevant rules and regulations.
  • Assisting clients in filing necessary forms from Australian tax and regulatory perspective (including individual and corporate).
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to streamline processes and improve efficiency in delivering end to end SMSF services.
  • Maintain relevant back-ups of the documents such as research paper, opinions, advisory note, etc, which are considered in providing tax and regulatory compliance services to our clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant SMSF, tax and regulatory laws from Australian perspective.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and recommend strategies to minimize client tax liabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and guidance.
  • Onboarding of new clients accounts and helping and guiding team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information and financial data.

Must have

 

  • Qualification - CA / Inter-CA or CPA
  • Having 2+ year of experience either in delivering tax and regulatory services or SMSF services
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Working knowledge of relevant statutory legislation and regulations in target geographies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

 

Good to have

  • Expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll servicesA
  • Advise clients on structuring and planning from the Australian tax and regulatory perspective
  • Knowledge of individual, corporate, and international tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Quickbooks, Sage, etc
  • Managed a team of individuals
  • Passionate about sports
  • Demonstrate ambition and a drive to advance leadership skills within the industry
  • Functional skills (Proficient in MS Office and Accounting software)

Working Shift Timing: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (Timings might change as per the time zone of Australia)
