Job Description:

Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Position: Full-Time HR/Admin Manager

Salary: ₹60,000 per month (in-hand)

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years

Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Management:

Manage all statutory compliances including Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) for approximately 200 employees.
Ensure timely submission of returns and adherence to compliance regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable labour laws and ensure the company’s compliance.
Data Collection and Site Visits:

Travel to construction sites as needed to collect and verify data for compliance and other HR purposes.
Ensure accurate and timely data collection from site personnel.
HR Operations:

Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee attendance records and handle leave administration.
Address and resolve employee queries and issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances.
Implement employee engagement initiatives and conduct regular feedback sessions.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR or related certification will be an added advantage.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
Additional Requirements:
Proven experience in managing HR operations and compliance for a medium to large workforce.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
