Contracts Manager- Borivali(W)- Real Estate Industry
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Contracts Manager for one of our reputed builder clients in Borivali (W), Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- To verify the invoices for services used in various work packages and ensure that appropriate and timely payment certificates are prepared as per work order conditions.
- Assist in calculating reliable budgets.
- Prepare Bill of quantities for all work packages in a project.
- Assist in the analysis of rates, tendering & contracting, and contract administration.
- Assist in providing regular updates on costs incurred and costs to complete the projects.
Reports to: Sr. Contracts Engineer / Construction Manager
Location Of Work: Mumbai Office. Borivali (West)
Candidate profile:
- Degree / diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university / institute.
- Work experience in real estate residential / commercial high-rise construction for a minimum of 4 years, in a similar capacity, preferably in Mumbai.
- Good understanding of scoping, quantity estimation, analysis, and survey of rates.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
