Job Description:

The main task of the TI / SR / SO/ SE are the following
1. Collect and Analyse data pertaining to Market Intelligence
1.1. Collect and analyse Market Information. For this the following activities are to be carried out
1.2. Mapping of the territory - Agriculture Area - Aprox
1.3. Mapping of the competitor - Main Crops
1.4. Mapping of Customers. Nos of Farmers, dealers
1.5. Mapping of Product movement - Nos of Competitors in the Territory
1.6. Mapping of Overall Sales - Overall Volume of Sales INR
1.7. Main Products in the market and information about competitors
1.8. Inventory of Geolife and the Competition in the market
1.9. Gather inputs about the Turnover of Dealers
2. Products & application Knowledge
2.1. Thorough Knowledge of Geolife Products, use, price and schemes
2.2. Assessments on a monthly basis the implementation of the schemes
3. Sales - Achieve the targets As per Budget
3.1. Understand the Potential of the Market in INR
3.2. Average Consumption pattern - Product Wise
3.3. To establish dealer network in each potential market of the assigned territory. All the required
documentation for the appointment must be followed.
3.4. Min 2 visits per month mandatory to each of the dealer of the territory. 
3.5. To visit the farmers in the territory to understand the problems and address the same. Also need to
educate the farmers on the benefits of our products.
3.6. To help dealers in liquidating their stocks through Demand Generations
4. Demand Generation Activity
4.1. To arrange for Farmers meeting – 2 small groups in a month
4.2. Increase awareness and Use by the customers.
4.3. Nos of Farmers meet organized Small (20 to 25)
4.4. Farmers Connect Programs - Demos, Trials
4.5. Nos of Farmers meet organized Large (50 - 60)
4.6. Promotion Events - per month
5. Dealer Management
5.1. To visit the dealers and address the inventory issues
5.2. To book orders and ensure placements,
5.3. Explain the schemes. Schemes promotion
5.4. Gather information about the competition, crops and the farmers.
5.5. Support in Targeting Liquidation of stocks through DGO
5.6. Support in Product Promotion for the Dealers.
5.7. Payment Outstanding reconciliations
5.8. Organizae Marketing Campaigns with the help of dealers.
5.9. Inventory & Stock Keeping - weekly, monthly. Qrtrly, half yearly and annually maintain Stock details.
6. Collection
6.1. Maintain accurate data on Weekly, Monthly
6.2. Ageing of outstanding
6.3. Accounts Reconciliation - Dealer verified amount O/S Vs stock.
7. MIS & Reporting
7.1. Maintain accurate data and reporting of information pertaining to the territory.
