We are hiring Sales & Marketing Manager for Beverage industry

 

  • Designation – Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Qualification – Any Graduate
  • Gender – Male/ Female
  • Working time- 10 hours shift
  • Working days- 6 (Weekly off will be on weekdays)
  • Work Location – Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata
  • Salary (Min & Max) – Best in industry

Responsibilities

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing
comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and elevate brand
awareness for our Brew Pub. From corporate sales and high-net-worth individual (HNI)
engagements to outdoor events, collaborations, and customer experience networking, you will
oversee all aspects of sales and marketing operations. Additionally, we are seeking an F&B
sales specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience, with local market knowledge and connections
with embassies and consulates, to join our team in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, or Kolkata.


Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive corporate sales, targeting businesses
and organizations for events, corporate functions, and partnerships.
2. Cultivate relationships with HNI clients, including influencers, celebrities, and industry
leaders, to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
3. Identify and pursue opportunities for outdoor events, festivals, and pop-up activations to
showcase our Brew Pub and increase sales.
4. Explore collaborations and partnerships with complementary brands, businesses, and
influencers to expand our reach and drive sales.
5. Lead efforts to enhance the customer experience through networking events, VIP programs,
and loyalty initiatives aimed at fostering engagement and retention.
6. Collaborate with the F&B sales specialist to leverage local market knowledge and
connections with embassies and consulates to drive sales and partnerships.


Marketing:
1. Create compelling and relevant content across various channels, including social media,
website, email newsletters, and print materials, to increase brand awareness and customer
engagement.
2. Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers
and drive foot traffic to the Brew Pub.
3. Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including concept
development, logistics, vendor coordination, and promotion, to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement creative
marketing initiatives, such as themed nights, tasting events, and brewery tours, to enhance the
customer experience.
5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including sales data, social media
engagement, and customer feedback, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make
data-driven decisions.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to
identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality or F&B
industry, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach to marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced
environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email
marketing, and content creation.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- F&B sales specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience, with local market knowledge and
connections with embassies and consulates.
