Designation: PMO Analyst
Budget: 16 lacs for 6 months
Role: Contractual
Notice Period: Immediate or up to 15 days
Location: Bangalore, India
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Work Shift Time Zone: UK
Experience: 5-10yrs
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Supporting in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
- Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
- Collaborating with project leads to define, prioritize, and develop project deliverables
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing reports and artefacts for programme stakeholders
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Experience & Skills:
- Power Point & Excel experience.
- PMO experience.
- Stakeholder management
- Agile delivery hand-on experience
- Banking domain knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive with good organisational skills and forward planning
