JOB TITLE: Industry Sector Classification Business Analyst
EXPERIENCE: Min 5 years of Experience
JOB LOCATION: BANGALORE, INDIA
SALARY PACKAGE: 16 LACKS FOR 6 MONTHS
CONTRACT BASIS
NOTICE PERIOD: IMMEDIATE OR UP TO 15 DAYS
MODE OF WORK: HYBRID
WORK SHIFT TIME ZONE: UK
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating Governance & Policy documentation.
- Capturing, analyzing and documenting business process
- Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions
- Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
- Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
- Assisting in the implementation of solutions
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Min 5 years of experience
- PowerPoint & Excel experience.
- Operating model creation experience.
- Stakeholder management
- Agile delivery hands-on experience
- Banking domain knowledge
- ESG knowledge is desired but not a requisite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to cooperate with a variety of people (across DAO and DBS) to achieve results
- Proactive with good organizational skills and planning
