Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Business development in terms of Funnel Management, Customer Sales Meetings, Price Negotiation and closing.
  • Maintaining the Customer Relationship Building
  • Inventory Recommendation to the clients as per clients requirements
  • Maintaining and Building the relations with OEMs
  • Handling the Roadshows and Events
  • Promotion of company’s products and services
  • Query handling of internal team/external customer
  • Building and delivering presentations to clients
  • Traveling to client sites across the defined territory for product demonstrations
  • Working along with Partners for relationship building with Prospects
  • Developing Sales travel plan, and implementing it
  • Achieving Monthly targets
  • Promoting the Company's businesses at various events
  • Key Account Management
  • Preparing proposals for clients
  • Training one's self in new technologies
  • Perform other duties as necessary
  • Work individually with clients and other team members

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of key accounts registered with
  • Number of inquiries generated
  • Value of orders received

An Ideal candidate shall be:

  • Understanding of Instrumentation and Electrical engineering
  • Good at Interpersonal relationships and skills 
  • Must be willing to grow in to a Sales and ready for travelling
  • Extremely good command on English and Hindi
  • Good at Inter personal relationships
  • Must be willing to grow into a Sales Manager and a VP Sales in the future
  • Willing to join on immediate basis

 

Qualification:

  • BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation
