Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    • Facilitate new hire orientation programs and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees, including completion of paperwork and introduction to company policies and procedures.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment-related matters.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues, grievances, and conflicts through effective communication, mediation, and conflict resolution techniques.
  3. HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
    • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports as required.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and competencies.
    • Monitor employee training progress and maintain training records to ensure compliance with organizational training requirements.
  5. Performance Management:

    • Support the performance appraisal process by assisting in setting up performance objectives, collecting feedback, and preparing performance evaluation reports.
    • Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluation results.
  6. HR Policy Implementation:

    • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.
  7. Benefits Administration:

    • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
    • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits eligibility, enrollment, and claims procedures.
  8. HR Projects and Initiatives:

    • Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development initiatives.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive HR-related projects and initiatives forward.
