Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a network of channel partners (brokers, agents, and other intermediaries) to drive sales and achieve business targets. The role involves identifying new channel partners, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration to maximize sales.

Channel Partner Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and on-board new channel partners to expand the company's reach and market presence.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for channel partners to keep them updated on product offerings, sales techniques, and market trends.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets through channel partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales through channel partners.

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and its channel partners.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of product information, pricing, and promotions to channel partners.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, channel partner activities, and market trends for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of channel partner agreements, sales transactions, and communications.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
