- Initial training to all staff (YDI staff/ Yakult Ladies (YLs)/ Sales Promoters Girls (SPGs)/ Sales Representatives (SRs).
- Product training.
- Joining formality for Yakult Lady (YL) and Home Delivery (HD) staff.
- Refresher training.
- Refresher training of Staff, Home Delivery (HD) and Retail Sales (RT).
- Sales talk evaluation.
- Maintain and analyse Yakult Ladies (YLs) data.
- Visit the market to grasp market condition.
