Brief Job Description

• Book and issue airline tickets for international travel using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus).
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently and in accordance with airline policies.
• Ensure compliance with travel industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, promotions, and travel trends.
• Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex booking issues.
• Process payments and manage invoicing for ticketing services.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.

Requirement:

• Proven experience as an Air Ticketing Agent or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus).
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and travel industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Diploma or equivalent; additional travel/tourism certification is a plus.
