TALLY OPERATOR - RAIGARH
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Transaction Processing:
- Enter financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries, into Tally software.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry and adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
- Review and verify source documents to ensure proper documentation and authorization for all transactions.

Accounts Receivable and Payable Management:
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers in Tally, including recording invoices, bills, and payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable balances with supporting documentation and statements.
- Monitor overdue invoices, follow up with customers/vendors, and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances.

Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements with Tally records to ensure accuracy of cash balances and transactions.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies or errors in bank reconciliations and take corrective actions as necessary.

Financial Reporting:
- Generate various financial reports using Tally software, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and aging reports.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and financial planning processes.

Tax Compliance:
- Assist in tax compliance activities, including calculation and filing of GST returns, TDS deductions, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain records and documentation required for tax audits and assessments.

Inventory Management:
- Record and track inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and stock adjustments, in Tally software.
- Monitor inventory levels, reconcile physical stock with Tally records, and generate inventory reports as needed.
