Technical Skills Requirements: Black Box testing, PDLC, SQL, Database testing, Automation know-how, Java

Skills Mandatory:

• Preferred: Functional Testing, PDLC, UI/UX

• Good to Know: SQL,API testing

Job Description:

• Test Planning, strategy and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.

• Defect Management: Track and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to testing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate project risks related to quality and testing.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results and sharing with Stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and escalate issues as needed.

. PDLC – Should be aware of complete Product life cycle and Agile Processes and Ceremonies.
