 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements and expectations.

 Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.

 Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers based on skill fit and organizational culture alignment.

 Coordinate and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, campus visits, and industry conferences to build a pipeline of talent.

 Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent acquisition partners to supplement internal hiring efforts as needed.

 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, and gather feedback to continuously improve processes.

 Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recommend innovative approaches to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

 Track key recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to assess the success of recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement
