Position: Business Development Manager - Fittings
Location: Lower Parel

Experience Required: 5-6 years in business development within the fittings industry.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager specializing in
fittings to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and
business development within the fittings market, both domestically and internationally. This
role requires technical knowledge about fittings, the ability to procure from third parties, and a
proven track record in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence
and achieve sales targets for fittings.
 Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
 Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer
satisfaction and long-term relationships.
 Source and procure fittings from third-party suppliers as needed to meet customer
requirements.
 Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to inform business strategies.
 Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of high-quality fittings
at competitive prices.
 Provide technical expertise and support to clients, helping them understand product
specifications and applications.
 Prepare and present business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance
analyses to senior management.
 To create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Proven experience in business development and sales within the fittings industry.
 Strong understanding of domestic and international markets for fittings.
 Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to independently manage and drive business growth initiatives.
 Technical knowledge of fittings, including specifications, applications, and procurement
processes.
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
 Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field is
preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information:
 The role is based in Lower Parel, and the candidate will be required to travel as
necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
