Job Description:

Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department by coordinating various tasks, managing communications, and providing essential administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Order Processing:
  • Receive and process sales orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products/services.
  • Maintain and update the sales order database.
  1. Communication and Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the sales team.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Keep records of sales trends and customer activity.
  • Sales records like Monthly, Quarterly, Weekly, and Daily Sales reports and the Funnel report to be prepared and to be shared with the sales team.
  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of customer data.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to address inventory issues.
  • Despatch of materials & installation coordination with the concerned departments and people (Sales, Wesmarc Despatch department, Transportation, Clients, Channel Partners)

Training and Development:

  • Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

 

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : 3 to 5 years in the relevant field.

Required Skill: 

  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
