Requirements:
* Finding new projects on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fever, Freelancer etc.
* Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
* Meeting new and existing clients in person
* Must be able to prove track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing industry or related field.
* Strong understanding of offshore staffing models and industry trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
