Job Description:
The responsibilities of a solar plant manager include
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and minimize risk
- Developing systems to manage safety and quality assurance onsite
- Coordinating installers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
- Monitoring their work to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Providing technical support for the design, construction, commissioning and operations of the solar farm site
- Managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, reporting, fiscal and administrative functions of the site
- Monitoring and managing site performance and availability
