Designation- Planning Systems Specialist

Qualification- Graduate
Experience-
Minimum 2 years, proficient in SAP (mandatory) including SD, MM, PP and APO modules

Working days- Monday to Friday 
Work Timings-
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Salary- Basis current package and caliber. 

AccountabilityReports to Sr. Manager Global Planning, PCC Supply Chain

 

Position Overview:  This position will be the subject matter expert (SME) for the GAINS Planning System and all other planning, data and reporting systems used in PCC Supply Chain.  This role ensure system & data integrity for all systems within PCC. Core responsibilities include the management and coordination of Supply Cain stakeholders, external partners, technical IT resources (internal & external) to ensure that essential business requirements are understood, captured and delivered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have background in Supply chain planning systems; will be driven and resourceful with impeccable communication skill to facility discussion.

 

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Manage, Optimize & Maintain PCC Systems
  • Data maintenance & Data integrity  
  • Reporting Systems & Report Creations  
  • Integrations, testing & Validation
  • Conduct user training as required for onboarding new users
  • Projects & SOPs for data & process standardizations
  • Ensure all written data/process maps and procedures for all processes

Systems Management

  • Acts as a functional SMEto business for upgrades & developments in Gains & SAP Planning system
  • Ensure testing, delivery, validates impacts of upgrades & developments on downstream systems
  • Partners with technical IT resources (internal & external) to ensure that essential business requirements are understood, captured and delivered
  • Ensures timely delivery of new reports in Qlik data display system
  • Proactively identify systems gaps and ensures system driven solutions
  • Responsible for any new feature evaluation of business systems tools
  • Conduct user training as required for onboarding new users
  • Ensure all written data/process maps and procedures for all processes

 

Master data maintenance 

  • Responsible for data integrity and maintenance for GAINS, Product Master, Qlik and all PCC planning applications.
  • Maintain, monitor and updates SAP master data to align with business strategies
  • Monitors data integrity for all incoming external data
  • Ownership of Product master data, maintain and update data in coordination with planning team members
  • Ensure up to date data merge logics in accordance with ongoing update

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years+ experience in planning systems, MRP and ERP,  preferable from the pharma industry in global markets. 
  • Experience and understanding in forecasting, demand planning, supply planning and MRP
  • Proficient in SAP (mandatory) including SD, MM, PP and APO modules
  • Proven track record of project management, PMI certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP/APO or other software related to demand planning is preferred.
  • Expert level MS Excel capability/data analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, including with Commercial Leadership to present analyses, challenge thinking, and influence outcomes
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
